What does it cost?
Opening a shop, posting your items and receiving your orders costs nothing. Only boosts are paid, from 500 XAF a day, and you decide case by case.
Does Wassa touch the money from my sales?
No. Payment is settled between you and your customer — on delivery, or by Mobile Money to your own merchant number. We are never in between.
Do I need to know how to use a computer?
No. Everything is done from your phone. If you can send a photo on WhatsApp, you can post an item.
What if I already sell on WhatsApp?
That's exactly the case this was built for. You keep WhatsApp to talk to your customers; the shop handles the catalogue, the prices and the cart — the part that eats your time.
Can I change my shop address?
Yes, from "My shops". Careful: the links you have already shared will stop working, so it's worth choosing the right one from the start.
What if I sell outside Douala?
